Ads Bot is a private, internal automation tool. It is used by its operator to manage advertising accounts that the operator owns or has been granted access to, through Meta's Marketing API. It is not distributed, not offered to the public, and has no end users other than the operator.
In short: this application does not collect, request or receive personal data from consumers, website visitors or any third party. It reads and writes the operator's own advertising data.
Access credentials and API responses are stored on computers controlled by the operator, in files restricted to the operator's own account on those machines. Data is retained only for as long as it is operationally useful and is deleted when no longer needed. No data is stored on third-party infrastructure by this application.
Because the application processes only the operator's own advertising data, there is no third-party data to delete. Requests related to this application — including revocation of its access or deletion of any data it has stored — can be sent to the contact address below and are handled within 30 days. Access can also be revoked at any time by the account owner through the Meta Business settings.
If the application's scope changes, this page is updated and the effective date above is revised.
